How To Send Contracts Online → Instantly
Sending contracts online for signature takes only minutes. Follow along through the screenshots below to see
Step One
Log into Datawitness at www.datawitness.net
Step Two
Click SignOff either form the left menu or the top menu
Step Three
Create a new contract by clicking Create Contract or by selecting contract from the New Submission drop down menu
Step Four
Enter the recipients name and email address and click "to" or select an existing recipient from the list and continue
Step Five
Enter an optional cover note which the recipient(s) will see in their inbox before seeing the contract.
Step Six
Add the File Reference
Step Seven
Attach any documents you have which constitute part of the contract by clicking browse, then add. Once added, they will show up in the list.
Step Eight
Type your full name to sign the contract Then click "Submit"!Step Nine
Once the contract has been successfully sent, you will see a message that it has been authenticated and archived. CLick on "SignOff" to monitor the status of your contract periodically. All Done!
