Surrey, British Columbia - March 28, 2006 - Jag Gillan joins Datawitness Online Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer bringing significant background and experience from the Internet hosting and services industry. Glynis Evans, Founder and President of Datawitness Online Ltd., is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jag Gillan as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Gillan is recognized as a leader within the Internet hosting and services industry, recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of NetNation Communications Inc.

About Jag Gillan: Most recently Mr. Gillan was Vice President & General Manager of NetNation Communications Inc. managing NetNation’s global business including the Canadian operations of its parent company, Hostway Corporation. Hostway is the 5th largest web-hosting provider in the world. Mr. Gillan also held the position of Vice President of Strategic Relations for Hostway. Since joining NetNation in 1999, Mr. Gillan was instrumental in establishing the company as a reporting issuer to the SEC; obtaining the company’s listing on NASDAQ; establishing the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, DomainPeople, Inc., and ultimately affecting the merger with Hostway. Mr. Gillan has had a breadth of operational experience in positions such as general manager, chief operating officer, in-house legal counsel, and director of business development. Formerly, Mr. Gillan practiced law specializing in mergers and acquisitions and the structuring and financing of major business transactions. Mr. Gillan has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics; a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall; and a Masters of Business Administration from the Edinburgh School of Business.
